Hi, I’m Jenn

Seven years ago, I nearly destroyed my life and lost everyone I loved for good. I was struggling with depression, alcoholism, and severe anxiety. It was hard to get out of bed each day.

There was a time when I felt lost—trapped in cycles of pain, uncertainty, and self-doubt. Yoga became my way out, not by erasing the darkness, but by teaching me how to sit with it, breathe through it, and move beyond it. Through this practice, I learned to listen—to my body, to my emotions, and to the quiet wisdom that had always been within me. Yoga gave me the strength to fight for a better life, the courage to pause when needed, and the resilience to keep going. Most importantly, it taught me how to love and trust myself again.

Today, I am over six years sober, a mother, a business owner, and a guide for those navigating their own journeys of healing. I work with individuals in private sessions, sponsor women in addiction recovery, and speak on the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and self-inquiry. Being of service in this way is not just my work—it’s my calling.

In 2024, I deepened my studies by enrolling in Yoga Therapy Training, expanding my knowledge of how yoga and Ayurveda can support healing from PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addiction, and more. Whether you're seeking balance, clarity, or a deeper connection to yourself, my goal is to help you use your body as a gateway to understanding your inner world—because healing isn’t just possible; it’s already within you, waiting to be uncovered.
