Hi, I’m Jenn
Seven years ago, I nearly destroyed my life and lost everyone I loved for good. I was struggling with depression, alcoholism, and severe anxiety. It was hard to get out of bed each day.
Yoga became the tool that helped me crawl out of that deep, dark hole and gave me the courage to fight for a better life. Through this practice, I learned how to sit with my hurt feelings, care for my physical body, and discern when to push forward and when to pause. Most importantly, I learned how to love myself, trust myself, and eventually trust the world around me.
Today, I am over six years sober, a business owner, a mother of two fantastic children, and a motivational public speaker on topics such as addiction recovery, yoga, and meditation. On top of working with humans in private sessions I also sponsor other women in their personal addiction recovery. Being of service in this way is what I was born to do.
In 2024, I enrolled in Yoga Therapy Training to deepen my skillset for one-on-one work and expand my knowledge on how yoga and Ayurveda can support a ton of issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, muscle and nerve pain, IBS, CFS, addiction, and obesity, among many others.
